Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to join our team at Ramsons Perfumes. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.
•Configure and manage routers and basic network devices.
•Provide support for Office 365 applications – this is a mandatory requirement.
•Ensure smooth IT operations across the office, including installation and configuration of software.
•Collaborate with teams to address technical issues efficiently.
•Work with Linux-based systems (knowledge of Linux will be considered an added advantage).
Required Qualifications:
•Must hold at least one IT certification from Cisco, Microsoft, RedHat, or a diploma from a reputed institute such as Jetking. (Applications without relevant certifications/diplomas will not be considered.)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
•Knowledge of Linux operating systems is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
•Candidates residing near Dombivli or planning to relocate will be given preference.
•Ability to commute reliably or relocate before joining is mandatory.
Experience:
•Minimum of 1 months to 2 year of relevant IT experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
