Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process Improvement and Customization:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for project planning, execution, and control processes.
Support the configuration of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, and Project Cost Planning as per the functional design.
Maintain and manage project-related master data like project definitions, WBS elements, and network activities.
Assist in configuring and troubleshooting Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to ensure effective supply chain management.

User Training and Support:

Conduct SAP training sessions to Functional users on best practices and customer processes developed.
Create and update user manuals and documentation to assist end users for increased adoption.
Participate in Internal IT Audits to ensure best practices are followed
Evaluate, test and conduct POCs of new Technologies which can be game changer for organization
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist in audit processes by providing necessary data from SAP.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of change management and user issues, configurational changes, and user

support requests.

Generate periodic reports on IT operations, user satisfaction, and system performance to inform management decisions.
