Full Time
1-4 years of experience in IT asset management or IT support roles. Maintain and update the IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Coordinate the issuance, tracking, and return of IT assets to employees. Conduct regular audits to verify asset allocation and ensure data accuracy. Manage clearance procedures for exiting employees, including asset return and access revocation. Collaborate with HR and Admin teams to streamline clearance workflows. Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and security protocols. Assist in procurement, tagging, and disposal of IT equipment as per company guidelines. Generate reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and clearance status. Support internal and external audits related to IT asset management. Provide basic technical support for asset-related issues and escalate as needed. Familiarity with asset management tools and inventory systems. Basic understanding of IT hardware and software components. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
