Context Software Asset Management (SAM) is an important IT function for organizations in the service and knowledge industry. This function tracks, reports, and ensures software license compliance within all internal IT systems. We are looking for individuals to join the IT team to learn and implement the established SAM process. Job Description We are looking forward for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who can contribute to the Software Asset Management portfolio. • Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects related to software asset management and compliance. • Oversee the deployment and tracking of software licenses to ensure compliance as per Firm's standards. • Ensure the organization adheres to software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements. • Generate reports on software usage, compliance, and cost savings for review. • Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets using ServiceNow. • Handle internal and external user queries regarding software licensing • Prepare and participate in internal and external audits
