IT Asset Coordinator

Exp: 2 to 5 yrs Work Location: Bangalore(Manyata Embassy Business Park) Timings: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM Job Description: In this role, you will: Manage and track all physical IT Assets of the organization including Laptops, Desktops, peripherals, physical Servers, Network devices etc. IT Asset inventory management. Recovery of IT Assets from Black Box exit employees. Asset allocation/deallocation. IT Operations Roles & Responsibilities: Running and analyzing inventories of all IT assets Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best price for assets Working with asset management systems and tracking technologies Creating documents / approval notes and keeping track of it Coordinating with required HR Team globally Collaborating, various email communications, tracking and follow-ups for various operations Responsible for engaging and managing third-party vendors when acquiring new assets Responsible for the monthly reviews of operating reports, Interested individual can share resume to nayana.kumari@blackbox.com Show more Show less
