Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through voice, email, and chat support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information.
Maintain and update customer records as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications

10th Standard, 12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply.
Candidates with a BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degree freshers will not be eligible to apply.
Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be based on experience.
Performance-based incentives will be provided.
One-way cab service will be provided.
UK shifts.
5 Days working, 2 Days off.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Interview Process

HR Round
: Screening and discussion of job role and responsibilities.
Assessment Test
: Evaluation of skills related to customer support and technical troubleshooting.
Operations Round
: Final round to assess operational knowledge and practical skills.
