Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification. Follow up insurance carriers based on client appointments. Track and update the status of unpaid claims. Adapt to various voice-based processes as required. Maintain accurate daily logs of activities. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to client SLAs. Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals. Escalate issues to senior management in a timely manner when necessary. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant applications. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality. Initiative and teamwork-oriented mindset.
