Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Airoli.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manners.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in customer service or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to stay calm and patient when handling difficult customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift duties.
