Intern- Social Media - Fashion & E-commerce (Mumbai Based)

The Pinkvilla team is seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media professional to collaborate closely with the Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams and contribute to the overarching social media strategy. Pinkvilla, a prominent digital platform in the entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion realms, boasts 30 million unique users and 21 million social media followers. The organization is based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and captivating social media content to drive user growth and enhance brand visibility across all social media platforms for Pinkvilla's 17'Looms and other properties. You will also be accountable for achieving and managing business targets related to social media reach and user engagement. As the Social Media specialist, your duties will include managing the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, tailoring content to suit each platform, scheduling posts using tools like Sprinklr and Hootsuite, and producing compelling multimedia content for platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Snapchat. Additionally, you will be tasked with conceptualizing and executing new competitions and campaigns to promote the brand, overseeing social media communities, and analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook insights, and Meta Business Suite. The ideal candidate for this position should have relevant experience in managing social media platforms for E-commerce and Fashion brands, a proven track record of driving growth and achieving target metrics in social media, proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to assess impact and drive enhancements, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, and expertise in various social media platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and Facebook. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite is also desired.
