We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase INTERN to support our procurement team.
This internship is ideal for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain operations. You will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential suppliers.
Support the purchasing process from order placement to delivery.
Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
Conduct basic market research to understand pricing and industry trends.
Maintain supplier records and assist in resolving order-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to meet business needs.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining procurement documentation.
Requirements:
BE Electronics / MBA - Operations / Supply chain - 2024 Pass outs
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office ( Excel + PPT)
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
No prior experience required just a willingness to grow and develop in the field of procurement!
