As an Interior Sales Consultant based in Bengaluru, this is a full-time on-site position that involves engaging with clients to deliver expert guidance on interior design solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying client requirements, presenting customized design proposals, upholding customer contentment, and ensuring exceptional levels of customer service. Managing client associations, boosting sales, and contributing to the expansion of the business will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Graduation or relevant Diploma qualification and may range from freshers to individuals with up to 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer. Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentations, and AutoCAD is essential. You should also have expertise in various design aspects such as Conceptual design (Layout, Style), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution, and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details). Additionally, project skills in Creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies are required. Sales expertise is crucial for this role, including Sales Closure through logical & trusted sales pitches, leading Design meetings with customers, and possessing behavioral attributes like being result-oriented, a team player, integrity & ethics-driven, and having clear & meaningful communication skills. A strong willingness to learn and the ability to foster performance among team members working independently are highly valued. The qualifications sought for this position encompass experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Service, robust Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities, excellent Consulting skills, and a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in interior design or a related field is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline would be advantageous. Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting is also a key requirement for this role.,
