Interior Sales consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to meet targets and achieve overall business goals.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
  
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and address their concerns effectively.
  
• Present and demonstrate interior design solutions, including preparing cost estimates and sales proposals.
  
• Estimate costs, prepare accurate quotes, and manage

  site coordination

  for interior design projects.
• Conduct regular

  site visits

  to understand client needs, assess project requirements, and ensure smooth execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  
• Negotiate and close deals while professionally handling client inquiries and objections.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  
• Collect client feedback to enhance service offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interiors, furniture, or real estate industry.
  
• Willingness and ability to conduct

  site visits

  and manage on-site project coordination.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in English.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, including negotiation techniques.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach to sales.
  
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and build strong client relationships.
  
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Minimum high school diploma required; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or interior design are an advantage.
  

• Two-wheeler is a must

  for local travel and site visits.
