Technical & Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, carpentry, joinery, modular furniture installation, and finishing work. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, AutoCAD plans, and project blueprints. Hands-on experience with power tools, site measuring equipment, and safety gear. Good understanding of material handling, logistics, and vendor coordination. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools, and site documentation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time project completion without major delays. Quality of installation work with minimal rework. Safety compliance and incident-free site operations. Effective workforce management and productivity.
