Job Title: Interior Finishing Supervisor Location: Duhangan Rd, Jagatsukh, Manali 175136, Himachal Pradesh Company Website: www.ajnaresorts.com Industry: Hospitality / Luxury Resort Experience Required: 25 Years (preferably in luxury hospitality projects) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Finishing Supervisor to oversee the final stages of interior construction for our luxury resort property in Manali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising high-end interior finishing work in the hospitality industry and a keen eye for quality, detailing, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior finishing activities to ensure timely and quality completion Ensure finishing works (like false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, fixtures, furniture, etc.) are executed as per design and quality standards Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met Conduct quality checks and inspections for all finishing work Manage daily site activities, workforce, and ensure adherence to safety standards Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress updates Liaise with the project and operations teams to resolve site issues effectively Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field 2–5 years of proven experience in interior finishing supervision within the hospitality/luxury segment Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction drawings Excellent leadership and communication skills Eye for detail, design sense, and quality-oriented mindset Willing to relocate/stay in Manali, Himachal Pradesh Immediate joiners preferred Perks & Benefits: Opportunity to work with a leading luxury resort brand in the Himalayas Peaceful work environment amidst nature Competitive salary based on experience To Apply: Send your resume to hrdesk@cedrussilicone.com or contact +91 95824 77447 for more details.
