The candidate should be a Civil Engineer (Degree or Diploma)/Interior Designer with 2 - 8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Interior Work and interpretation of drawings, taking-off quantities, Preparing bill of quantities, cost estimate follow-up and evaluation of quotations, preparing comparative statements, rate analysis. Responsible to calculate quantities, prepare BOQ, and calculate item rates and preparing comparative statements. The candidate also should have proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel), and should be capable to take out quantities using AutoCAD drawings.
