Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints. 2. Develop and present design concepts and 3D renderings to clients for approval. 3. Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, colour schemes, and material selections and project estimates. 4. Select and source furniture, lighting, accessories, and finishes that align with the overall design concept and meet quality standards. 5. Work closely with contractors, site engineers to ensure seamless execution of the design plan. 6. Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met. 8. Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments. Qualifications: 1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio showcasing completed projects. 3. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. 4. Strong knowledge of materials & finishes. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 7. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity.
