As an Insurance Domain Expert specializing in data migration with 7-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading data migration projects within our organization. You will leverage your deep understanding of the insurance industry, data management principles, and hands-on experience to ensure the successful execution of data migration initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include providing insights into best practices within the insurance domain to enhance data quality and compliance. You will stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the industry and lead the planning, design, and implementation of comprehensive data migration strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the entire data migration process, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading. Collaboration and communication will be essential in this role as you will liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to align migration objectives with business goals. You will prepare progress reports and present analytical findings to management and cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you will identify potential data migration risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will be involved in training team members and clients on new systems and data handling processes post-migration. You will also provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data-related issues. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the insurance domain focusing on data migration projects. Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements is required, along with proficiency in data migration tools and techniques, including experience in ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential to interact effectively with various stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
