Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, with the position being located in Kochi but allowing some work from home. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on various insurance policies, analyzing clients' financial situations, recommending suitable insurance plans, and providing excellent customer service. The Advisor will also be required to keep up-to-date with industry trends and maintain consistent communication with clients and the company.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Insurance and Finance
• Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
