Job Opening: HVAC VRF/VRV Systems Installation & Service Technicians Systems: Split, Cassette, Ductable AC & VRF/VRV Systems Location: Vijayawada / Andhra Pradesh Company: Airwave Airconditioners About the Role: We are hiring skilled HVAC Technicians/Teams for the installation and commissioning of various air conditioning systems, including Split ACs, Cassette Units, Ductable ACs, and VRF/VRV Systems. Work includes copper piping, drainage, electrical wiring, supports, insulation, and final system commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of Split, Cassette, Ductable, and VRF air conditioning systems Laying and brazing of copper refrigerant pipelines with insulation Installation of indoor and outdoor units with proper alignment and leveling Drain piping with slope and leak testing Electrical cabling and control wiring connections Installation of MS/GI supports and hangers for units and piping Gas charging, vacuuming, pressure testing, and system startup Ensure work completion as per CPWD/NABH standards and safety guidelines VRF-specific tasks: Site visit and understanding of project drawings, accurate installation of units as per layout, taking measurements post-installation, preparation of handover documents, and completion of service reports . Requirements: Experience in installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems We require VRF-experienced technicians for site visits, drawing comprehension, accurate installation, post- installation measurements, handover documentation, and preparation of service reports Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and multi-unit configurations Ability to read and execute work based on layout drawings and BOQs Hands-on experience with brazing, insulation, cabling, and ducting (optional) Basic tools handling and adherence to safety protocols Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in relevant HVAC fieldwork Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field Preference for candidates with experience on government/NABH projects Job Type: Full-time / Project Basis Immediate Joining Preferred Benefits: Attractive salary with site-based perks Food and accommodation provided at project sites Opportunity to work with a leading HVAC firm on government and private sector projects. The role is based out of Hyderabad and requires a candidate with strong experience in Project Sales from industries such as Paints, Electricals, Building Materials, or similar B2B sectors . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve volume and revenue targets for insulation products. Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and project influencers. Lead end-to-end project sales cycle including specification, technical discussion, pricing, negotiation, and order closure. Collaborate with internal teams for demand planning, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Regularly visit project sites, track developments, and convert leads into long-term business. Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback for continuous product and strategy improvement. Drive sales team performance (if applicable), set regional targets, and monitor individual KPIs. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/MBA preferred). 6 to 10 years of proven experience in project-based sales in industries like paints, electricals, construction materials, or related. Strong network of clients, consultants, and influencers in the South India region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel extensively across assigned states. Proficient in regional languages is a plus (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, etc.).
