Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with experience in mechanical project execution. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely project delivery in alignment with contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to gather required inputs for planning. Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes and delays. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Analyze deviations from the baseline schedule and propose corrective actions. Attend project meetings and present planning-related reports and data. Ensure resource planning and tracking for manpower, machinery, and materials. Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning. Monitor project KPIs and performance indicators. Support in claim management and extension of time (EOT) documentation. Key Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in mechanical or EPC project environments. Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong understanding of project lifecycle and mechanical systems (piping, HVAC, fabrication, erection, etc.). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with contractual and commercial terms is an added advantage.

The candidate should have strong market knowledge, client relationships, and the ability to drive business development in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for PUF panels, insulation materials, and fire protection products. Identify and target potential customers in construction, HVAC, oil & gas, pharma, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients. Generate new business through site visits, cold calling, and enquiry follow-ups. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution. Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to the management. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field preferred. 5-15 years of experience in sales of PUF panels, insulation products (Rockwool, glass wool, etc.), or fire protection systems .
