Job Description

Department: Corporate Business -Surgery
Role: Concierge Sales (Inside Sales)
Mode: Work from Office
Work Location: Indore
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set and track sales targets for Team members
  • Track the RPA of the team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate with business, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve the targets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new scripts or features
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and conversion
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as an Inside/ Relationship sales manager
  • 1+Years of team handling experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Graduation/MBA
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
