Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, generating new sales opportunities, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in company offerings.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
• Conduct effective online demos and presentations to prospects.
• Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a similar sales role is a plus (freshers welcome).
• Strong phone presence and experience in handling multiple calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
