Role Overview Were seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to lead and scale our inside sales efforts. Youll play a key role in generating leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. This role also includes managing the inside sales team and driving strategic sales initiatives aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Drive lead generation and build a pipeline of quality prospects Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions Manage and mentor the inside sales team for optimal performance Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans Maintain excellence in sales operations and client servicing Track and report on key sales metrics and team performance Support retention and renewal strategies Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development Background in customer service or client engagement is a plus Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales processes Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong negotiation abilities Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team Passion for delivering value and building long-term client relationships High energy, adaptability, and a team-first approach Why Join Trijotech?
