Job Description

Responsibilities:

1-3 years of proven inside sales experience with the US market, preferably in BPM/BPO services, Contact Center, or mortgage domains
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to potential prospects
Generating leads and securing meetings with CXOs to drive business growth
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Explaining and demonstrating the value add of our services and solutions
Collaborating effectively across different teams to drive sales and customer engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
1- 3 years’ experience in Inside sales for BPM/BPO, Contact Center, or Mortgage services
Willing to work from office and in the US time zone
