Job Description

Inside Sales Representee We are seeking a stylish and results-driven Inside Sales Representee to join our luxury gifting company. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, a passion for premium products, and a strong interest in the luxury segment. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, and supporting the sales process to promote high-end gifting solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities :Generate and qualify leads by reaching out to corporate clients, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals through calls, emails, networking, and social media. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing customized gifting solutions. Sales Presentations and Product Proposals: Assist in creating and presenting sales proposals that highlight our exclusive gifting collections, premium packaging, and personalization options. Market Awareness: Stay updated on luxury market trends and client preferences to better position products and services. Achieve Sales Targets: Work toward monthly sales goals by effectively managing leads and delivering exceptional service. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as design, marketing, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Post-Sales Follow-Up: Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-up, handling feedback, and nurturing long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals. CRM & Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools and report progress to the management team. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a product- or service-based industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for luxury products and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of the gifting or luxury product industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience dealing with premium or corporate clients.
