Initiate first contact with potential customers via phone and email. Schedule and conduct online product demonstration sessions using appropriate screen-sharing tools. Deliver tailored, informative, and engaging product demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and effectively address their questions and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring consistent follow-up and support. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for seamless lead transitions. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Proficiency in using virtual meeting and screen sharing tools. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eligibility: Candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad are preferred. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
