Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate qualified leads through calls, emails, digital tools, and CRM platforms
  • Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and present relevant product solutions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and regularly update the CRM system
  • Prepare quotations, basic proposals, and follow-ups with prospects to convert leads
  • Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and competitor activities

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in Science/Commerce/Engineering; MBA or sales training is a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation roles, preferably in chemical, polymer, or industrial B2B sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy; experience using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong initiative, persistence, and ability to work in a target-driven environment
