Role & responsibilities

• Prospect identification through cold calling/ email marketing- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
• Create sales pipeline and hand- off qualified opportunities to team lead
• Provide a professional competent phone and online interaction with global customers especially with ANZ prospects
• Generate leads which should lead to meetings/ demos.
• Follow- up calls, email to prospects and take it to satisfactory closure
• Idea of Schedule appointments and meeting for management & marketing personnel.
• Communicate and articulate clearly with the clients (in both verbal and written English).
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM
• Possess ability to assess customer sentiment at all stages during the communication, to take the lead in understanding client needs, and to organize subsequent interactions, follow- ups with supervisor
• Keep sales tool updated with all prospect details and important notes

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal, written interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be well organized and be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast- paced environment
• Must be motivated towards constantly improving their sales and technical skills
• Work on Online database tools and business promotions

Ability to learn quickly and apply that learning to interactions with prospects.
