Role & responsibilities : ITI/ Diploma Electrical or Instrumentation with valid license. Minimum 4+ years of experience Handling machines involved in Manufacturing and packing of FMCG ie. Tube filling machines, encapsulation & soft gel , tablets & capsules . Knowledge in reading P&ID , Datasheets , wiring drawing of Electrical and Instrumentation circuits . Experience on induction motors , servo motors and stepper motors Trouble shooting and installation of VFD , Servo drives and conventional starters. Experience on control valves and ON/OFF valves involved in PID loops. Hands on experience in UV and Inkjet printers involved in coding . Experience on PLC and servo drives. Basic instrumentation knowledge with respect to transmitters , sensors and measuring devices. Preferably work experience is required in Pharmaceutical formulation plants / FMCG plants / Food packing industries. Able to carry Scheduled / breakdown maintenance with documentation. Strictly adhering to company GMP , GDP and safety policies.

Role & responsibilities 1. Understanding key printing technologies, including offset lithography, flexography, gravure. 2. Experience with digital printing / inkjet printing applications. 3. Expertise in color separation theory and the color management of customer artwork files. 4. Ability to assess and edit customer artwork files ready for print production. 5. Familiarity with different paper-based and corrugated packaging materials. 6. Examining printed materials and artwork in preparation for printing, providing feedback and resolving printrelated issues. 7. Providing technical guidance to sales teams and customers, offering support for print solutions, and potentially assisting with equipment maintenance. 8. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, vendors, and clients. 9. Managing multiple customer projects, prioritizing responsibilities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. 10. Working knowledge of design and communication software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; MS PowerPoint, Excel etc.) 11. Ready to travel when required. 12. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as graphics, print, communications and/or business 2. > 5 years experience in the paper-based packaging industry, advertising, prepress, or managing print vendors. 3. Proven success in the graphics, print, packaging or brand communications industries. 4. Strong understanding of the overall design, print and packaging workflow. 5. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization 6. Proficiency in written and spoken English to a high level, as well as local language of work location are required.

Key responsibilities include: 1. Installation and Commissioning: Lead the installation and commissioning of screen and digital printers at customer sites. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that all equipment is installed correctly and functioning according to specifications. Collaborate with customers to customize printer settings based on their specific requirements. 2. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance checks on printing equipment to identify and address any potential issues proactively. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems. Coordinate with internal teams to order replacement parts and components as needed. Execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production. 3. Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from customers. Provide comprehensive training to customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of printing equipment. Offer remote assistance and on-site support to resolve technical issues promptly. 4. Travel and Flexibility: Be willing to travel extensively to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and support purposes. Adapt to varying work schedules and locations based on customer demands. Maintain flexibility to accommodate urgent service requests and tight deadlines. 5. Adherence to Protocols: Follow established service protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all service activities. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working on customer premises. Document service interventions, including detailed reports and service logs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (7 to 10 years) working with large format industrial printers, preferably in the textile industry. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse environments. Familiarity with standard service protocols and procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
