Senior Service Engineer

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the installation and commissioning of screen and digital printers at customer sites.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that all equipment is installed correctly and functioning according to specifications.
• Collaborate with customers to customize printer settings based on their specific requirements.

• Perform routine maintenance checks on printing equipment to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to order replacement parts and components as needed.
• Execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from customers.
• Provide comprehensive training to customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of printing equipment.
• Offer remote assistance and on-site support to resolve technical issues promptly.

4.

• Be willing to travel extensively to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and support purposes.
• Adapt to varying work schedules and locations based on customer demands.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate urgent service requests and tight deadlines.

5.

• Follow established service protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all service activities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working on customer premises.
• Document service interventions, including detailed reports and service logs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7 to 10 years) working with large format industrial printers, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse environments.
• Familiarity with standard service protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
