Project Role Description :

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME):

  Expected to perform independently and develop subject matter expertise (SME) in

  Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture

• Team Collaboration:

  Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.

• Technical Support:

  Provide

  L1

  and

  L2

  support, addressing basic and intermediate level troubleshooting issues related to Citrix environments.

• Hardware/Software Support:

  Ensure the hardware and software configurations are optimized for services running across various platforms.

• Technology Implementation:

  Implement and support technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas.

• Documentation:

  Maintain and update documentation for systems, software products, and configurations to ensure accuracy and ease of reference.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance overall system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture
