Information Technology Project Coordinator

You are a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator who will assist the IT project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects. Working closely with project managers and team members, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective multitasking abilities will be key assets in this role. With 3 to 6 years of experience, your responsibilities will include assisting project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will coordinate project meetings, track project progress, identify and resolve project issues and risks, maintain project documentation, and ensure accurate and up-to-date project-related information. In addition, you will coordinate project resources, communicate with project team members to ensure timely task completion, prepare project status reports and presentations for senior management, and support the identification of process improvements and best practices. Your strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, will be crucial for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in project management software tools like Microsoft Project or similar applications. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is necessary, along with knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall (a plus). Experience in a specific industry or domain is preferred but not required. This position is located in Gurugram and is an urgent requirement.,
