Location: Jamshedpur Company: Automotives India (https://automotivesindia.co.in/) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 (+ Travel Allowance) Industry: Mechanical Equipment & Industrial Sales Job Description: We are hiring a Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist to expand our business in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical equipment sales, strong industry connections, and a strategic approach to client acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mechanical equipment sector. Promote and sell products like impellers, cylinders, and other industrial mechanical equipment . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to identify potential business in the mechanical & steel industry . Engage with industrial clients, including TATA Steel and other major companies . Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. Meet clients on-site and ensure proper follow-up for business closure. Prepare reports on client interactions, market trends, and competitor analysis. Travel to client locations as required for business development. Eligibility Criteria: Location Preference: Must be a resident of Jamshedpur . Age: 30-35 years (Male preferred). Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute. Experience: 2-3 years of sales & marketing experience in a mechanical company dealing with equipment like impellers, cylinders, etc. Industry Network: Extra preference for candidates with TATA Steel connections or prior work experience with them . Must-Have: Own bike, laptop, and smartphone . Languages: Hindi (mandatory), English (preferred). Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel as per business needs.
