Industrial Architect

As an Architect at our company, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality architectural solutions across various sectors, focusing primarily on Industrial, Pharmaceutical, and FMCG projects. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling software to bring together technical and creative aspects of architecture. Your key responsibilities will include developing schematic, statutory, and working drawings for architectural projects, ensuring that designs align with client requirements, building codes, and sustainability objectives. You will also be involved in creating and modifying parametric families in Revit, understanding architectural BOQs, specifications, and detailed schedules, and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure designs meet technical, regulatory, and performance standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the production of detailed 2D/3D presentations using software like Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D Max, while also providing essential input for project BOQs, specifications, and construction timelines. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture and possess 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in the Industrial Sector will be advantageous. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, BIM, and various 3D design tools such as Photoshop, 3D Max, and Google SketchUp is essential for success in this position.,
