As a Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound calls from customers experiencing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. - Diagnosing technical issues and recommending the most suitable support plan to the customer. - Selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Qualifications and skills required for this role: - 1-2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support in an international BPO setting. - Proficiency in closing customer calls effectively. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email systems, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. - Ability to address customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions. - Willingness to work flexible night shifts. Salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and current compensation, with additional attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferred.
