Inbound Sales Closer

You will be responsible for calling inbound leads who have submitted forms, with no cold calling involved. It will be important to understand the lead's business and offer the appropriate solution, whether it is a Website or AI Agent. Building trust, addressing objections, and confidently closing sales over the phone will be key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will need to maintain follow-up logs and update statuses in CRM or Sheets. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or closing. Fluency in English (verbal is a must) and the ability to communicate in basic Hindi are required. Strong phone communication skills and the ability to handle objections are essential. You should be comfortable working remotely and have access to a smartphone, laptop, and stable internet connection. This is a full-time position, with work expected 6 days a week. Incentives will be based on performance, and you will be working with warm, qualified inbound leads, eliminating the need for cold calling.
