Job Description

Role & responsibilities : We are hiring for One of the premuim process in Ecommerce industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory) Handling customer inquiries related to Ecommerce., via phone calls. Providing first-call resolution to customers. Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (including night shifts) with one rotational week off. (Female employee will get only Morning shift and Day shift) Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Must possess basic computer skills. Preferred candidate profile : Any 12th pass/10+3 Years Diploma/Graduate + Minimum 1 Year BPO Experience Mandatory Customer Service Executive Inbound process 6 Days Rotational Shift including night shift- Cab facility for Night shift Perks and benefits Salary: 25000 Cost to Company+Incentive +Cab Facility
