Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, or account information. Provide accurate information and resolve issues during the first interaction whenever possible. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department. Record and update customer interactions in the system. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts when handling calls. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data responsibly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Night shift Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
