& Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across largescale programs and portfolios within a multivendor ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Payments, and a proven track record of driving Agile transformations.

Agile Leadership Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe frameworks. Drive Agile best practices across teams and stakeholders. Program & Portfolio Management Manage largescale programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless coordination across vendors. Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Define clear objectives and deliverables. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with CXOlevel stakeholders, prepare detailed performance reports, and contribute to strategic investment decisions. Agile Transformation Design and implement Agile Transformation roadmaps. Facilitate Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives. Change Management Support organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new IT systems. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, status reports, and postimplementation reviews.
Mandatory skill sets
Domain Expertise MUST have Handson experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Payments domains related to BFSI sector. Technical Acumen Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and SDLC. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Consulting Mindset Strategic thinker with strong consulting skills and the ability to influence and drive change. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think outside the box and present ideas effectively. Leadership Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
Preferred skill sets
4+ years working as a Scrum Master transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC managing complex programs in a multivendor setup.
