We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills. Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Good communication skills to effectively interact with students and address their queries. Interpersonal skills to build a positive rapport with students and create an engaging learning atmosphere. Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their study abroad goals. Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to suit individual students' needs. Familiarity with technology and the use of multimedia tools in the classroom. Prior experience in IELTS training or English language teaching is a plus. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Certification in IELTS training is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities. Conduct IELTS training sessions for students, focusing on all four modules:Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Deliver high-quality lessons, incorporating effective teaching methodologies and strategies. Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to ensure students' progress and success. Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language skills. Develop comprehensive lesson plans and course materials based on the latest IELTS curriculum. Assess students' progress through regular tests and evaluations, adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria. Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to enhance teaching techniques and share best practices. Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress
