Job Description

Overview About Business Unit: At the core of all that Epsilon does is a team that sets the foundation of our IT infrastructure. From being the first point of contact for infrastructure needs to final deployment, the team provides end-to-end solutions for our client-facing platforms. ETS supports all aspects of revenue-generating platforms for Epsilon and sets the architectural direction for our enterprise deployments. By embracing the latest technologies, such as Cloud, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence, the team is at the front of transforming our digital business and capturing new opportunities. Why we are looking for you: You have at least 2 years of experience with Active Directory services including creating and managing user accounts, security groups, organizational units (OU s), including best practices and common troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring what we create is of the quality. You are passionate about the end-user experience in helping them achieve their outcomes. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills such as PowerShell for automation, Identity Access Management (IAM) principles, or Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies What you will enjoy in this role: As part of the Epsilon Identity Services team, you ll be the part of the shared services that provide access to our employees and end clients, leading to impactful outcomes. You ll get to learn & develop new skills and propose new ideas working with a very collaborative team. You ll get hands-on experience with new cloud technologies powered by SSO and Identity lifecycle automation services. Responsibilities What you will do: Day-to-day administration of creating accounts and enabling access with those accounts to various applications. Respond, triage, and resolve degradations in supporting identity software such as SailPoint or Okta. Develop scripts & automated functions that help increase consistent outcomes. Collect and organize data for reporting or auditing. Make service recommendations and develop improvements in automated efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years Active Directory administration, either in Windows or Azure Entra Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems, or Linux. Experience administering directory services such as Windows and Azure AD Some understanding of how PowerShell or other scripting technology functions. Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication skills with your peers and internal users. Service Desk experience would be a plus.
