Furthermore, your role will involve working with AGILE Methodologies, participating in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Code Management & Release Tools such as MS DevOps, GitHub, and Team Foundation Server. Proficiency in working with Relational Databases and SQL Scripting, specifically MS SQL Server, is required. Role & responsibilities This Business Analyst role is focused on candidates with hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning projects. Experience in traditional BA roles alone may not align with the requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for OCR and AI-driven projects and initiatives. Work with developers and data scientists and developers to design OCR/ICR solutions and AI and machine learning solutions that align with business goals. Manage and oversee OCR/ICR and AI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives. Communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders, including non-technical team members. Create comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and outcomes. Conduct testing and validation of OCR/ICR and AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in OCR/ICR, AI or data-driven projects. Relevant certifications in AI, data analysis, or project management (CBAP, PMP, AI-related certifications)

Have sound understanding of Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated. Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail in (PDD). Converting requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents (SDD) Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using UIpath Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services. Experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO is desired. Knowledge of OCR Technology, Uipath developer or professional certification is added advantage

Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in ABBYY FlexiCapture and FlexiLayout development and support. Strong understanding of OCR, ICR, OMR, and barcode recognition technologies. Expertise in creating and debugging FlexiLayouts , scripts (e.g., JavaScript, C#), and validation rules. Hands-on experience with ABBYY Admin and Monitoring Stations , licensing, and configuration. Familiarity with SQL databases and integration points via APIs or export scripts. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach. Understanding of document types (invoices, IDs, forms, contracts, etc.) and business process workflows. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
