HVAC Engineer

As a Refrigeration Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects within budget, planning project requirements and resources, and sourcing subcontract elements. You will need to react promptly to changing client and product needs, anticipate project risks, and establish corrective actions. Proactively seeking out opportunities for new business and being available to work at both company and customer premises when required are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you will undertake special projects as needed and contribute to continuous improvement activities by supporting and leading process improvement initiatives. You will be expected to write reports, present progress at project meetings, and engage with clients effectively. Continuous training and development will be part of your journey to enhance your skills and knowledge. Collaboration and effective teamwork with supervisors and colleagues are crucial to ensure smooth workflow and maximize output. This role involves touring, where you will be on-site for project execution and handover.
