We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager to oversee talent acquisition, strengthen employer-employee relations, and support the daily operations of the business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a productive, motivated, and compliant workforce. Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding). Foster strong employee relations , resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work culture. Monitor and support the daily operational needs of various departments. Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws. Conduct performance reviews, training initiatives, and team engagement activities. Work closely with management on workforce planning and retention strategies.
