Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Saket for a Human Resources Intern at The Picture Factory TPF. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR-related records, preparing HR documents, and participating in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or understanding of Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
