Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern at Nando's, a South African multinational fast food chain known for its flame-grilled PERi-PERi style chicken, you will be responsible for supporting various HR activities at our location in Pune. Your role will involve assisting with the implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, overseeing personnel management tasks, and handling general HR administration duties. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate HR records, generating reports, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives as required. This full-time on-site position offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic HR environment and develop a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of HR management, policies, and practices. Previous experience or coursework in HR management is preferred, along with knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively at our Pune location. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is also required. If you hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, it will be considered a plus.
