Role - Human Resource Intern

Location - Remote (Work from Home)

Stipend – ₹5,000 (fixed) + ₹1,500 per successful position closed

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates according to the job description for relevant positions
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager and coordinate interviews
• Post, update and remove job ads from job portals and social networks
• Coordinating new hire orientations
• Prepare HR related reports
• Assist in employee engagement activities

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Sheet
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
