Edoxi Training Institute is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our growing team in the UAE.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional with at least 3 years of experience in the HR field. This role is ideal for someone confident in handling HR processes single-handedly and independently managing core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition, especially trainer recruitment
• Performance evaluation of trainers and staff
• Organising employee engagement activities
• Managing day-to-day HR operations and documentation

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Experience in EdTech or training industry is highly preferred
• Strong exposure to talent acquisition and performance management
• Confident, organised, and proactive in handling all HR responsibilities independently
• Must be willing to relocate to UAE upon selection
