Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant based in Bilaspur. The Human Resources Assistant will manage daily administrative HR tasks, including supporting HR management, utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), handling benefits administration, and providing training and development for employees. This role involves direct interaction with staff and management to ensure smooth HR operations.
