As a Human Resources Administrative Specialist in a full-time on-site role based in Mohali district, your primary responsibility will be managing various HR tasks, overseeing employee relations, and providing exemplary customer service to internal clients. This role entails maintaining accurate employee records, supporting talent acquisition efforts, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in HR management and human resources practices, coupled with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in employee relations is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
